Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) is a type of diesel fuel with significantly reduced sulfur content, typically containing no more than 15 parts per million (ppm) of sulfur. This cleaner-burning fuel is designed to meet stringent environmental standards, especially for reducing harmful emissions such as sulfur oxides (SOx) that contribute to air pollution and acid rain. ULSD is ideal for export due to its compatibility with modern diesel engines and its compliance with international environmental regulations, making it suitable for use in various industries such as transportation, construction, and energy production. Its lower sulfur content ensures better engine performance, reduced maintenance costs, and alignment with global sustainability initiatives.
Gasoline, available for export in various grades, is refined to meet the specific performance and regulatory needs of different markets. It is typically offered in regular, mid-grade, and premium grades, with octane ratings ranging from 87 to 93, providing versatility for different engine requirements. Gasoline can be supplied either with ethanol or without ethanol.
Ethanol-blended gasoline, such as E10, contains 10% ethanol, a renewable biofuel that enhances octane levels and reduces carbon emissions. It is widely used in many countries to meet environmental standards and improve fuel efficiency.
